The Hamdard Study Circle (HSC) was set up in 1991 by Janab Saiyid Hamid Saheb for coaching candidates from minority communities and backward classes for the Indian Civil Services. Over the last 28 years the Hamdard Study Circle has created a niche for itself and is seen as one of the leading coaching centres for the civil services in the country.

It has sent 479 candidates to the Indian Civil Services since inception. The coaching programme which runs round the year covers all the 3 stages of the UPSC examinations: Preliminary, Mains and Personality Test.
